These Terms of Use apply to the Reading Streak Tracker Android app and this website, both provided by INSPIRIA LIMITED. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
2. Personal use
The app is provided for your personal, non-commercial use to help you build and maintain a reading habit. You agree not to misuse the app or website, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use their content in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
3. Your data is your responsibility
All reading data is stored only on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any copy you want to keep. Uninstalling the app, clearing its storage, or using Reset all data permanently removes local reading history and settings.
Use the in-app export option before deleting data or changing devices if you would like to retain a plain-text copy.
4. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the app or website. We aim to describe current functionality accurately, but availability may vary by app version, Android version, device, or distribution region.
5. No warranty
The app and website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Reading streaks, statistics, reminders, and insights are intended as helpful guides and may not always be complete or error-free.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, INSPIRIA LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app or website, including loss of locally stored reading data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
The app, website, brand elements, design, software, and original content are owned by or licensed to INSPIRIA LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Book titles, author names, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Third-party services
The app may open Android system features such as notification settings and the share sheet. This website may open your email or phone application. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms and privacy policies.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future versions or changes to the website. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date above identifies the current version.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to INSPIRIA LIMITED, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
